UPEC

UPEC is the largest multidisciplinary university in the Paris region, with successful higher education and research institutions. The university houses 31 research centres and 15 faculties, representing a strong potential in undertaking innovative research projects, as well having academic partners with private and industrial associates. Its major asset of this project is the knowledge in all topics related with Artificial intelligence.

Main role within the project

UPEC will lead WP3 (Knowledge Factory) looking at the definition and development of cognitive models of the cyber Physical Systems and Big Data processing architectures. UPEC will also contribute to the definition and requirements for cognitive smart factory (WP1), validation of designed models (WP5) and to the development of learning resources (WP6).
