Work package 8 – Dissemination and exploitation

The main goal was to maximise the impact of the project through dissemination and communication activities (D&C), as well as to maximise the exploitation of results.

This work involved a relaunch of the project website which has been designed to focus on results and outcomes and further enhance exploitation potential.

The objectives of the D&C activity were:

01

The project's results were disseminated among key target audiences, including the process industry and the scientific community within relevant sectors. This promotional effort focused on showcasing the new technology and its economic, environmental, and social benefits when applied in the steel, cement, and chemical industries.

02

Project activities were communicated and results disseminated among other projects, research organisations and relevant industries to improve coordination and synergies between the HyperCOG project and other EU-funded projects or national programmes, to maximise joint impact. This effort was enhanced by the project's involvement in SPIRE.

03

Standardisation models were incorporated into dissemination and communication activities to enhance the exploitation of the results.

04

HyperCOG partners participated in these activities to provide a comprehensive view of project activities and enhance each partner's exploitation potential.

05

Through effective, accessible, and engaging communication strategies, Insight Media was able to help all partners to maximise their own exploitation success by:
- Explaining the technology and demonstrating its feasibility, reliability, benefits, and cost advantages.
-Transferring knowledge and effectively exploiting results and foreground into the market.
-Engaging industry and end users to adopt the new processes and practices being developed and integrate the systems into their processes.
-Increasing awareness, initiating European-wide replication, and influencing policymakers.
