This work package created the algorithms and processing elements that used the data provided by the sensors to make the physical operative devices function properly. The goal was to make use of knowledge distilled from observed data in order to improve and optimise the production performance of a plant. Taking advantage of artificial intelligence, WP3 focused on designing, validation and software implementation of different algorithms and software modules.
