The main objectives of this work package are:

• • To understand the impact of the future technologies on today’s work environment within the plants of the SPIRE sector
  • • Identify learning objectives, both on hard and soft skills, to support current and future workers in dealing with the technological, process and culture change introduced by digitalisation. Work out the best ways to teach these new competencies.
    • • • Develop two sets of learning resources : one to prepare undergraduates and one tailored to confirmed workers.
        • • Develop material with a twofold ambition : attracting women and young people into these industrial sectors. In the design of the courses, we will pay particular attention to these aspects.
          • • To test at small-scale specific workshops of novel training partial modules for operators in the pilots
